The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Balrampur (Telta) P.S. Case No.63 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that she was married with Md. Sajibul 15 years ago and went to her sasural. She further alleged that she gave birth of four children. On 01.06.2019, her husband, Md. Sajibul asked her to demand Rs.50,000/- from her father. When the informant disclosed that her father is an old and helpless person, her husband and other in-laws assaulted her. The informant alleged that the husband inflicted knife blow on her neck.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67220 of 2019(2) dt.25-10-2019 2/2 petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and sisters-in-law of the informant. Marriage was solemnised 15 years ago. Petitioners have got no manner of concern. The informant picked up quarrel with her husband and both husband and wife quarreled with each other but the petitioners have also been implicated in the case. No specific allegation is made against the petitioners.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the fact that petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and sisters-in-law of the informant, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand)each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Balrampur (Telta) P.S. Case No.63 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
