Mr. Sunil Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that the issue raised in the present writ application is no more res integra, but it has already decided by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 21232 of 2014 by order dated 23.06.2015, which has been affirmed in L.P.A. No. 218 of 2016.
In view of the above, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent University to examine the case of the petitioner in the light of decision of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 21232 of 2014 and L.P.A. No. 218 of 2016 and pass
Patna High Court CWJC No.27 of 2018 (2) dt.24-01-2018 2/2 appropriate order in accordance with law in the light of the judgment of the Writ Court as well as L.P.A. Court within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
It is made clear that this Court has not examined the merit of the case, it shall be responsibility of the respondents to examine the factual aspect by scrutinizing the relevant record of the University.
