The present application has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding against the O.P. No. 1 for willful disobedience and non-compliance of the order dated 18.8.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10852 of 2011.

A show cause has been filed on behalf of the University stating that the final payment order has been passed by the University. The same is kept on record. Considering the fact that the order passed by this Court has been complied with, the present contempt application
