2. Petitioner seeks regular bail registered for an offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the IPC and 27 Arms Act.
3. As per prosecution case, unknown miscreants including this petitioner is alleged to have shot the informant's son shot dead when he had gone to the field.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He next submits that petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2023. He further submits that similarly situated co-

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 695 of 2023 arising out of Musarigharari P.S. No. 32 of 2023, Samstipur on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge -IX, Samastipur.
