The petitioner is in custody since 21.11.2022 in connection with Tajpur P.S. (Halai O.P.) Case No.-78 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) and 41(i) and 41(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner above named be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise

The petitioner shall cooperate in the proceedings of the Court below. If the petitioner tries to delay the trial then the Court below is at liberty to pass an appropriate order including the cancellation the bail bonds of the petitioner. The petitioner shall mark his presence in the Tajpur (Halai O.P.) Police Station, District- Samastipur on 1st Sunday of every month, failing which, the bail bonds shall be cancelled by the court below.
