This application has been filed for the following relief(s):- "(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondents of forest department to not interfere in the private land bearing Khata No.40/34, Plot No. 1, area 10 Bigha 15 Kattha situated at Mauza - Sherpur, Thana No. 19, Police Station Gaunaha, Shikarpur, Circle Office - District West Champaran belonging to Sital Sah, Wife of Late

Patna High Court CWJC No.17552 of 2022(4) dt.05-04-2023 2/2 Ashok Bikram Sah of Mauza - Ramnagar, Nepali Tola, Police Station - Ram Nagar, District - West Champaran and the petitioner is Power of Attorney Holder of the said land and the documentary proof issued by the Circle Office, Gaunaha, District - West Champaran be considered as valid and legal document as proof of private land of Sital Sah.

(ii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondents to not construct any pakka building over the private land of Sital Sah and remove the forceful fencing / pillar from the land of Sital Sah.

(iii) And for any other relief(s) for which petitioner is found to be entitled in view of the facts and circumstances of the case."
