2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 307, 379, 504, 506 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Petitioner caused fire arms injury on the left arm of the informant.

4. Considering the nature of injury caused by the petitioner, his prayer for bail is rejected.
