2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 89 of 2024, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307/302/504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per prosecution, co-accused namely Rishab Singh, Ali Hussain and Raja Singh are said to have fired and killed the deceased for extortion.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is not alleged to have accompanied the accused persons. Petitioner has three criminal antecedents in which in one case he has been acquitted and in another he is on bail. Petitioner is in judicial custody since 13.06.2024.

5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., 1st Class, Uda-Kishunganj, District- Madhepura in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 89 of 2024, with condition that he will cooperate in trial either by personally or through his lawyer on each and every date fixed in the trial. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Ranjeet/- U T
