Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1287 of 2018 (5) dt.09-05-2018 2/3 Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Ishakchak P.S. Case No.77 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 467, 468, 469, 419, 420, 406/34 Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Bhagalpur.
Allegation in the written report is that the petitioners and other accused persons, as mentioned in the written report, opened a Company in the name and style of Vikramshila Mutual Benefit Company. The informant was allured by the petitioners to become agent of the Company and the informant deposited a sum of Rs.2,40,000/- from the public as also her own amount. After maturity, when the informant went to the accused persons then all the accused persons refused to pay the maturity amount and fled away after closing the company.
Counsel for the petitioner(s) has pointed out Annexure-3 (Cr. Misc. No.1287 of 2018), which is resolution of the meeting of different Office bearers of the Company, which shows that these petitioners and other Office bearer have collected huge amount of money from different persons and fled away after collecting the same.
In such circumstances, this Court does not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1287 of 2018 (5) dt.09-05-2018 3/3 Prayer of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
