The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 227 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B)of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner except his belongings, which is evident from the seizure list. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 11.08.2019.

Case No. 227 of 2019.
