The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 376(D), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the victim has been medically examined by the Doctor but no sign of recent sexual intercourse or assault was found rather she was found to be pregnant of 21 weeks and one day, which is evident from Annexure-2. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 11.06.2019.
