The petitioner, who is a General Science Teacher in High School Dhansoi, Buxar, under the administrative control of Zila Parishad, Buxar has filed this writ petition for payment of arrears of salary for the period from 01.04.2016 to 27.09.2016 and for the period from 15.12.2017 to 19.02.2020, stating that during the period from 01.04.2016 to 27.09.2016, she was on Maternity Leave and for the period from 15.12.2017 to 19.02.2020, she had worked after rejoining the duty. The petitioner has also prayed for to treat the period from 28.09.2016 to 14.12.2017 on Leave

3. The petitioner, being a teacher under administrative control of the Zila Parishad, Buxar, it is stated that the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 is applicable in the case of the petitioner.

4. In that view of the matter, this writ petition is hereby disposed off, with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority, as per the provisions of Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020, for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.

5. The writ petition stands disposed off with the above directions.
