Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Near about 60 litres liquor kept in several bottles are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner but, admittedly, no independent witness signed the seizure list. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 1.9.2019 and petitioner does not have any criminal antecedents.
