Petitioner is accused in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 160 of 2019 registered under Section 379 of the I.P.C. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. In the whole case diary, there is no material against the petitioner. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M.,
