The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Case No. 155 C2 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.09.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

No.65052 of 2019(2) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Excise Act, Begusarai in connection with Case No. 155 C2 of 2019.
