The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 117 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30, 30(a), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per allegation in the FIR, 75 litres illicit country made liquor has been recovered beneath the soil which was behind the house of co-accused Pappu Paswan. On chase petitioner and co-accused Pappu Paswan were apprehended. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has no concern with the recovered liquor or with the land in question. He has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J. 6thcum-Speical Judge, Excise, Saran at Chapra in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 117 of 2019.
