Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Jamhore P.S.ase No.47 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 436/34 of the Indian Penal Code. AS per FIR, petitioner and other accused persons set the house of the informant on fire causing damage to the part of the house.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65702 of 2019(3) dt.12-12-2019 2/2 that the present case has been lodged by the informant in order to pressurize the petitioner as the petitioner has lodged a case against the informant and others and the sessions trial is going on as well as during the investigation, nothing was found damaged at the place of occurrence.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Jamhore P.S.Casae No.47 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
