This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Hajipur Town PS case no. 535 of 2007, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414, 411, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to enable him to surrender before the learned court below and apply for regular bail, however, submits that a direction be given to the learned trial court to dispose off the bail petition of the petitioner, on the very same day. Liberty so sought, is granted. It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner surrenders and files a petition for grant of regular bail before the
