Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394, 412 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per prosecution case, four unknown miscreants looted motorcycle and mobile phone of the informant on the point of pistol.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and he has been made accused only on the basis of confessional statements of coaccused namely, Akshaibar Kumar @ Chhotu and Rahul Kumar Mourya. No stolen article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he has got clean antecedent.

No. 2535 of 2023(3) dt.23-06-2023 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Judge-X-cum-A.C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Chenari P. S. Case No. 99 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
