2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Giriyak Pawapuri P.S. Case No. 664 of 2022 dated 29.12.2022, registered for the offence punishable u/s 394 of the IPC, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Nalanda.
3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he has looted Rs. 1 lakh from the informant with the help of other coaccused.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous grudge. He submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., only on the confessional statement of the co-accused petitioner has been made accused in the present case. No incriminating articles have been

5. Per contra, learned APP for the State vehemently opposing the bail petition submitted that four criminal antecedents of similar nature is against the petitioner, hence he does not deserve anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of case, petitioner has four criminal antecedent of similar nature, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The prayer for bail of the petitioners is hereby rejected.
