JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2020 The petitioner claims that she was one of the applicants for selection on the post of Anganbari Sevika of an Anganbari centre in Ward No. 8 of Gram Panchayat Ichuakaran, Pakaria Tola, Nurbigha in the district of Nawada, among other candidates.

It is her further case that she was the only candidate found eligible for the post by the Aam Sabha. It is her further case that despite she having been found the only eligible candidate, final selection has not been made and she has not been engaged so far. She is said to have approached the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.21884 of 2019(2) dt.09-01-2020 2/2 Magistrate, Nawada, in this regard by making a representation. She appears to have approached the Child Development Project Officer also.

Considering the facts and circumstances, this writ application is disposed of with a direction that let the District Programme Officer, Nawada, take a final decision on the petitioner's grievance, as noted above, within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
