2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1)(b)(a), 26(2)/35 of the Arms Act.

3. One country made pistol along with five live cartridges as well as four motorcycles were recovered from the place of occurrence.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that charge has not been framed against the petitioner uptil now. He further submits that petitioner has one criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application and he is languishing in judicial custody since 15.05.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76286 of 2024(2) dt.20-12-2024 2/2 for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 416 of 2021.

7. However, petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
