The only issue which arises from the writ proceedings as is admitted by the parties, that pursuant to the two reports on record, one dated 28.8.2014 (annexure 4) and report of the Regional Deputy Director of Education (RDDE), Darbhanga dated 21.2.2017 (annexure 7), the respondent Madarsa Board has to take a final decision with respect to petitioner's

Patna High Court CWJC No.33 of 2018(6) dt.06-12-2018 2/2 grievance.

Learned counsel appearing for the Madarsa Board submits that final decision has been taken by the Madarsa Board on 4.10.2017, which is immediately after filing of the writ petition.

In view of such decision having been placed on record in the instant proceedings, learned counsel for the Madarsa Board is directed to hand over copy of the aforesaid order to learned counsel for the petitioner.

It would be open for the petitioner to assail the validity of said decision dated 4.10.2017 issued by the Secretary, Bihar State Madarsa Siksha Board, Patna. The writ petition is disposed of in view of the development subsequent to the filing of the writ petition. (Madhuresh Prasad, J) Shashi U
