2. Following reliefs are sought for in the present writ application:

"(A) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature writ of Mandamus or pass order/direction against the arbitrary actions of Respondent No.4 of Bihar School Examination Board in relation to fixing the date of filling the online application form for examination of the State Teacher Eligibility Test (STET)-2025 from 19.09.2025 to 27.09.2025 vide Advt. No.

P.R/231/2025 dated 19.09.2025 published in Times of

Patna High Court CWJC No.16171 of 2025(3) dt.13-11-2025 2/3 India dated 19.09.2025 within an unreasonably short Period causing hardship to thousands of aspiring and suitable candidates of the State of Bihar.

(B) For issuance a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding upon the Respondents of Bihar School Examination Board to extend the Period for filing the online application form for examination of the State Teacher Eligibility Test (STET)-2025 by minimum 15 days from the date of order of this Hon'ble Court affording the opportunity to fill the online application form for examination of the State Teacher Eligibility Test (STET)-2025.

(C) For issuance of a direction to the Respondents of Bihar School Examination Board to ensure adequate Publicity and fair opportunity to all eligible candidates across the State to appear in examination of the State Teacher Eligibility Test (STET)-2025. (D) For issuance of a direction/ or Pass such further order/orders to the Respondents of Bihar School Examination Board as your lordship may be deemed fit and proper in the fact and circumstances of the case."

3. Counter affidavit has already been filed on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 4.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed.

5. In view of the aforesaid submission, no further order is required to be passed in the present matter.

6. Accordingly, the present writ application stands disposed of.
