2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for issuance of an appropriate writ order direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to delete remove the online Jamuhandi No.1004(computerize Jamabandi No.

212140500015411) which is running in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16390 of 2025(2) dt.10-11-2025 2/3 name of respondent no.6 and online Jamabandi No.

1005(computerize Jamabandi No. 212140500015412) which is running in the name of respondent no.7 from the Online portal because the Circle Officer, Bikram, district-Patna has already cancelled the Jamabandi No. 1004 and 1005 from the Revenue Record Register-11 regarding the land in question, situated in village-Barah, Anchal- Bikram, districtPatna in compliance of order dated 22.11.2018 passed by Learned Additional collector, Putna in Misc. Case No. 28 of 2017-18;

(ii) for issuance of an appropriate writ order direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to cancel the Jamabandi of those persons, whose Jamabandi was created on the basis of sale deed executed by the respondent no.6 and 7 regarding the land in question because the Jamabandi of Respondent no.6 and 7

Patna High Court CWJC No.16390 of 2025(2) dt.10-11-2025 3/3 have already been cancelled by the Circle Officer, Bikram in compliance of order dated 22.11.2018 passed by Learned Additional collector, Patna in Misc. Case No. 28 of 2017-18;

(iii) for grant of any relief(s) the petitioner would be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she shall be approaching the respondent no.3, the Collector, Patna for the redressal of the grievance.

4. Learned State counsel has no objection to the said stand of the petitioner.

5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach afresh before the respondent, Collector, Patna with all relevant documents who shall be taking up the matter and hearing the parties, shall be taking the matter to its logical conclusion at an earliest.
