Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with gogri (Paura) P.S. Case No. 254 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 323, 366A, 120B, 504, 506, 379, 380 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Moreover, the dispute between the parties have been compromised. Learned counsel has filed a copy of the compromise petition filed before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria. Let it be kept on record. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
