JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-07-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 01.09.2022, passed by this Court in CWJC No.6182 of 2022, the District Magistrate, Khagaria has already passed a reasoned order dated 14.01.2023 whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been granted licence pertaining to NP Bore rifle, hence it is submitted that the order of this Court has stood complied with.

2. This Court finds that neither there is any representation nor any rejoinder affidavit has been filed

Patna High Court MJC No.2504 of 2022(4) dt.18-07-2025 2/2 rebutting the aforesaid stand taken by the opposite parties. Thus this Court has no reason to disbelieve the contention put forth by the opposite parties. Therefore, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court dated 01.09.2022, passed in CWJC No.6182 of 2022 has stood complied with, hence the present petition stands dismissed.
