Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 222 of 2017 registered under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Precisely, the allegation is that on providing some fake papers, the car loan was obtained and the same was not being paid. Learned counsel submits that the entire amount advanced to the petitioner including the interest has been deposited with the Bank and the Bank account has been closed. Reference in this regard is made to Annexure-4 series at page 23. Mr. Sinha appearing for the Bank does not dispute the said

Let the petitioner abovenamed be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Patna City in Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 222 of 2017 subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. with further condition that one of the bailors shall be own/close family member of the petitioner.
