2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 584 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 54, 143, 127(2), 64 and 61(2) of Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023, Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act and Sections 4, 6, 8, 10 and 17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
3. The case of the prosecution is that on the information of immoral trafficking, various hotels of Hajipur were raided. Hotel Shukla was also raided. The petitioner was found in a room.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He was not

It has further been submitted that the petitioner went to the hotel for the purpose of residence as the hotel is residential. It has also been submitted that co-accused Ravindra Ray has been granted bail by learned Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 10.02.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 80469 of 2024. The case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is languishing in judicial custody since 11.08.2024.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-Sixth-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 584 of 2024.
