(Prison), Bihar, Patna, should consider the case of the petitioner in terms of the order passed in CWJC No. 16376 of 2011 disposed of on 18.05.2012. The authority will take a decision by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law..."

2. Opposite party Nos. 1-6 have filed a show-cause. Opposite Party No. 4 is stated to be I.G.(Prison). In paragraph No. 12 of the show-cause filed by the opposite party Nos. 1-6, it has been stated as under:- "...That taking into account all the facts mentioned above and the materials available on record, the Department in compliance with the order of the Hon'ble Court dated 14.12.2018 passed in CWJC No.

15634 of 2016 passed the reasoned order vide Memo No. 687 dated 24.01.2020 rejecting the claim of the petitioner..."

3. A copy of the order dated 24.01.2020 has also been enclosed as Annexure-B to the show-cause.

4. On perusal of the show-cause filed by the opposite party Nos. 1-6 and the Annexure-B of the show-cause, I find that the order dated 14.12.2018 passed in CWJC No. 15634 of 2016 has been complied with by the respondents.

5. Accordingly, this contempt application stands closed and disposed off.
