The present petition is by way of second attempt at the behest of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.93 of 2020, arising out of Aurai P.S. Case No.12 of 1995, inasmuch as the earlier petition, filed by the petitioner for grant of bail, was rejected by this Court by an order dated 25.01.2022, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.43532 of 2021.
In pursuance to the earlier order of this Court dated 15.02.2023, a report has been furnished by the learned Additional District and Sessions JudgeXII, Muzaffarpur, dated 20.03.2023, wherein it has

No.9324 of 2023(3) dt.29-03-2023 2/2 been stated that the original records have been received from the record room, the charges have been framed and summons have been issued to the prosecution witnesses to appear and adduce their evidence and for the said purpose, the next date of hearing has been fixed for 31.03.2023.
In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail, immediately upon completion of one year from today, in case there is no substantial progress in the ongoing trial. Liberty so sought is granted.
The petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
