2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2323 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has taken a total of Rs. 1,25,000/- from the complainant in three installments in the name of his house construction work.
4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. It is a case of civil dispute.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his/her arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- ( Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. Gopalganj in connection with Complaint Case No. 2323 of 2023 subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / Section 482 of the B.N.S.S.
