2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kargahar P.S. Case No. 114 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act lodged on 25.03.2022 by the informant, Satyendra Kumar Singh.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant has alleged that on the fateful day, the informant had come to his nephew's house where a scuffle took place whereafter the accused persons assaulted him and the allegation against this petitioner is of opening fire causing injury on the right thigh of the informant. As the people assembled, the accused retreated, this was followed by an FIR.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner tried to impress

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73886 of 2023(3) dt.05-03-2024 2/2 upon the Court that the medical report shows suspected injury of fire-arm.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer and submits that clearly the allegation matches with the medical report inasmuch as the allegation of opening fire which hit the thigh, medical report also says the suspected injury by fire-arm.

6. In that background, it would be appropriate that the petitioner surrenders and seek bail.
