2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 35 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8/20(ii)(b)(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 330 Kg. of ganja has been recovered from the pickup Van.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 31.08.2021.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the quantum of recovery, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

8. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial.
