JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-11-2024 The limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the Divisional Commissioner, Darbhanga Division, Darbhanga, i.e. the respondent no.2 to dispose off the appeal, filed by him, bearing Appeal No.05 of 2023.

2. Per contra, the learned counsel for the respondentState submits that in case the aforesaid appeal is still pending consideration, the same would definitely be disposed off, within a fixed time frame, as is fixed by this Court.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CWJC No.17030 of 2024(2) dt.14-11-2024 2/2 the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Divisional Commissioner, Darbhanga Division, Darbhanga to dispose off the aforesaid appeal, filed by the petitioner, in case the same is still pending consideration, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
