Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the petitioner had taken from different persons Rs.12,000/- and odd on the pretext of providing job for them.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no any proof of such payment and the informant was himself indulged in unlawful activity inasmuch as managing job through backdoor entry, hence, he cannot get protection of law. Petitioner is in custody since 22.07.2017 and investigation is already complete now.

No.1594 of 2018 (5) dt.15-03-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Laukariya Police Station Case No. 77 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
