Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 28.04.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 72461 of 2021 (Annexure-1).

The trial court report indicates that charge has been framed in this case on 29.11.2022 and now, the case is pending for prosecution evidence. Petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2021.

Considering the period of custody and the fact that charge has already been framed, the prayer for bail of petitioner is allowed.
