The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Akbarpur P.S. Case No.96 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 337, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his wife was being assaulted and on such, when the informant went to his house, he saw the petitioners assaulting his wife. The accused persons also threatened to assault the informant but the informant fled away. The informant alleged that his wife was brutally assaulted and she got injuries.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42438 of 2018 (2) dt.20-07-2018 from perusal of the F.I.R. itself, it appears that some dispute arose between the wife of the informant and the petitioners. They are next door neighbours. Sangeeta Devi, wife of the informant got one small lacerated wound over head. Petitioners are ladies. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that ladies members of two families entered into scuffle with each other in which the wife of the informant got one superficial lacerated wound and also the fact that the petitioners are ladies, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

10,000/-(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-Ist, Nawada in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No.96 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
