1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing vehemently for sometimes, seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application with respect to petitioner no.1, Ram Virit Singh @ Ramvrix Singh @ Ram
2/4 Briksha Singh, petitioner no.2, Jaikaran Singh, @ Jaykaran Kumar, petitioner no. 3, Jitendra Singh @ Jitendra Kumar and petitioner no.4, Shibu Kumar @ Shivraj Kumar @ Shibu Singh.
3. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with respect to petitioner no.1, Ram Virit Singh @ Ramvrix Singh @ Ram Briksha Singh, petitioner no.2, Jaikaran Singh, @ Jaykaran Kumar, petitioner no. 3, Jitendra Singh @ Jitendra Kumar and petitioner no.4, Shibu Kumar @ Shivraj Kumar @ Shibu Singh.
5. The petitioner nos. 5 and 6 seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109(1), 303(2), 74, 351(2), 351(3), 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S.
6. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and are women and the informant alleges that accused were cutting tree from her land which was objected, as such, on 29.03.2025 at 4.30 AM, the accused persons came and Ram Briksha broke door while Shibu caught her both hands and Jitendra assaulted by knife causing injury on head while Jaikaran assaulted by dabiya causing injury on right hand and also assaulted by danda
3/4 causing fracture of right hand. Further, Jitendra assaulted Mishri Lal by knife causing injury on head while Fulo and Manju snatched her chain.
7. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that no specific allegation of assault is alleged against them. It is also submitted that allegation of snatching of chain is ornamental. It is further submitted that petitioners have been implicated in the instant case only with a view to coerce the male members into submission
8. Learned A.P.P. opposes the anticipatory bail application.
9. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and taking into consideration the fact that petitioners are women, the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on anticipatory bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Kumar Saurabh Jha,
4/4 the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sitamarhi in connection with Bathnaha P. S. Case No.154 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. 10.
The application stands allowed.
