The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 718 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 370, 290/120 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 5, 7 and 8 of the Immoral Traffic Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 09.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

No.65045 of 2019(2) dt.25-10-2019 2/2 case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.-1st, Class, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 718 of 2019.
