JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-03-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sakri P.S.Case No. 142 of 2017 registered under Sections 379, 419, 420, 467 and 468/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that petitioner on the pretext of helping the informant in withdrawing money from the ATM fraudulently exchanged the ATM card of the informant but apprehended by local people.

Submission is that neither debit card of the informant was recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor he had withdrawn any money from the said card and he is in custody for approximately four months.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Ravi Nandan Kumar, is directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2476 of 2018 (3) dt.06-03-2018 2/2 released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Sakri P.S. Case No. 142 of 2017.
