2. Earlier bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 04.04.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 55247 of 2022 on the ground that his name has figured in the confessional statement of co-accused Rishi Kumar whose prayer for bail has already been rejected by this Court.

3. Learned Senior counsel has submitted that the coaccused in whose confessional statement, the name of this petitioner transpired, has already been granted regular bail by order dated 10.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67514 of 2023 and the case of this petitioner is on better footing to that of said Rishi Kumar.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-X, Aurangabad in Connection With S.T. No. 327 of 2022/169 of 2022 arising out of Aurangabad (M) P.S. Case No. 129 of 2022.
