This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Sugauli P.S. Case No.90 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under section 20(b)9ii) c, 25 and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

The recovery of 6.5 kilogram of charas from a bag. The petitioner was caught on the spot. He is in custody since 26.05.2025. The petitioner is accused in three more criminal cases.

Considering the huge recovery of charas and also the fact that the petitioner was caught on the spot, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.
