2. Following is the relief sought for in the present writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.16912 of 2024(12) dt.13-07-2026 2/3 application:- "(i) Quashing of the Order bearing Memo No. 2403/Tech. dated 06.05.2024 issued by the Director (Programme Implementation) by which without any jurisdiction and without any provision in the agreement or the tender document, the Registration of the petitioner has been debarred from participating in the future tenders till the completion of the allotted work; and (ii) Restraining the Respondents from giving effect to the Order of Debarment bearing Memo No. 2403/Tech. dated 06.05.2024 issued by the Director (Programme Implementation) during the pendency of the present writ application and/or without the leave of this Hon'ble Court."

3. During the pendency of the present writ application, a supplementary affidavit was filed on behalf of the petitioner, wherein following statement has been made in Para-3 & 4:- "3. That the petitioner humbly submits before this Hon'ble Court that the work which is subject matter of instant writ application has been completed to the extent of about 85%.

4. That the petitioner undertakes before this Hon'ble Court that the Agreemented work would be completed within 30-working days."

4. In response thereto, a reply to the supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents, wherein following statements has been made in Para-15:-

Patna High Court CWJC No.16912 of 2024(12) dt.13-07-2026 3/3 "15. ....However, if the petitioner is genuinely willing to complete the balance work within the aforesaid period of 30 working days, the respondents have no objection....."

5. In view of the stand taken by the parties in their respective affidavits and the undertaking furnished by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to complete the remaining work within a period of 30 days from today.

6. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.

7. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
