This application is for restoration of Cr.Appeal (SJ) No.1404 of 2018 an anticipatory bail matter. After setting aside the order dated 20.06.2018 passed in the aforesaid appeal, whereby the appeal was dismissed due to non-appearance of learned counsel for the appellants and non-removal of the defects. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that other defects in Cr.Appeal have already been removed and defect No.14 (2) is removable by the order of the Court. For substantial justice, the order of dismissal of criminal appeal is hereby set aside and the criminal appeal is ordered to be restored to its original file.
