The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sitamarhi P.S. Case No.150 of 2017 registered under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, mother of the deceased alleged that she married her daughter 15 years ago with Md. Chand but her husband and family members of her husband started demanding additional demand of dowry. She got information that her daughter was burnt to death.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased. Petitioner has no manner of concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is the brother-in-law of the deceased, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S.
