Mr. Nadim Seraj, learned counsel for the University submits that the petitioner has remedy before the Grievance Redressal Cell but he did not approach.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has received certain information under the Right to Information Act which is on record to indicate that the University has admitted the entitlement of the petitioner yet the University has not made payment.

Instead of deciding the quantum of admissible due amount,

Patna High Court CWJC No.403 of 2018(2) dt.16-02-2018 2/2 the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation including the relevant document before the Registrar of the L.N.Mithila University who shall place the case of the petitioner before the appropriate authority of the University within 15 days from the date of receipt of such representation and the competent authority of the University is required to take final decision and ensure payment of whatever amount admitted within 60 days from the date of filing of such representation along with a copy of this order.
