JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 12-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant, as well as learned APP. At an earlier occasion, due to some sort of differences, mother of the victim has instituted this case, however, petitioner married with the victim subsequently, though till then, the case was already instituted on a complaint having been filed at the end of mother of the victim, Ahmadi Begam. Furthermore, the victim has begotten a daughter and in the aforesaid background, case has been compromised. To endorse the same, the victim is present in the court.

Accordingly, petitioner, Md. Seraj Ahamad @ Md. Seraj is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ADJ-1st, Motihari, East Champaran, in Mehasi PS Case No. 20/2017.
