1. Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned.

The petitioner has filed the present writ application for a direction to the Bihar School Examination Board to correct the spelling of the names of the parents of the petitioner in the matriculation certificate and mark-sheet inasmuch as name of the petitioner's mother is Jaymanti Devi and name of her father is Suresh Prasad, whereas, in the certificate/mark-sheet the names of petitioner's mother and father have been mentioned as Jymanti Devi

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a representation, along with necessary affidavit/s, has been filed by the petitioner before the opposite party no. 7Manager, Regional Officer, Bihar School Examination Board, Magadh Paramandal, Gaya, annexed at AnnexureP/5, but the same is still pending.

Mr. Sunil Kumar Mandal, learned counsel for the Board, submits that it appears that grievance of the petitioner is regarding correction of the spelling of her parents' names and for the same a representation has already been filed before the opposite party no. 7- Manager, Regional Officer, Bihar School Examination Board, Magadh Paramandal, Gaya, accordingly, the opposite party no. 7 may be directed to consider and dispose the representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with law.

5. Having considered the submissions advanced by the parties and nature of dispute, this writ application is disposed with a direction to the opposite party no. 7 to take final decision on the representation of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of
