2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 155 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 341,143,427,504,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, due to land dispute, the petitioners along with co-accused persons attacked upon the informant and when the daughter of the informant and his wife came to rescue him, they assaulted them also.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent and there
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73366 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 is land dispute between the parties. Both the parties have compromised the case. Some accused persons have been granted bail by the learned court below itself.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi/concern court in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 155 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
